Overview
Facing a unique challenge, BS&Co needed custom solutions for their CRM process. They were struggling to see what was going on with customers and because of this, they were losing money.
They struggled to know when customers weren't paying invoices, when they had last been billed, they couldn't see thier most valuable clients, and account managers & execs weren't billing clients for work done. Additionally, they didn't have insight into the profitability of different service lines.
To fix this, we created a custom integration using Stripe, their CRM, python, and AWS. This backed up their billing into their CRM, created custom reports for the information they needed, and helped their sales team implement a process to properly capture & bill customers.
